Learn Coping and Problem-Solving Strategies In An Emotionally Abusive Relationship

Learn Coping and Problem-Solving Strategies in an emotionally abusive relationship.
A 6-month ONLINE course starts on Mondays from 9:10 AM to 10:50 AM.

The application is ongoing!

Join us for 24 sessions in a supportive, small-group setting where, under the guidance of a UK registered psychologist, you will learn to recognize and understand the dynamics of the emotionally abusive relationships. Most importantly, you will acquire effective coping and problem-solving strategies.

Important! Individual consultation is also available!

There is a wealth of informative, high-quality psychoeducational material available online in both English and Hungarian.

In small groups or individual sessions, we practice, share experiences, and apply the concepts we’ve heard so many times to everyday life. This process can vary greatly for each client. It’s different when someone has children versus when they don’t. It also differs depending on whether the divorce process or child custody case has already begun, or if someone is still preparing for it.

In this course, you will learn:

  • The connections between your own behavior and that of a parent/partner/colleague/boss…

  • Coping strategies to help you exit an (emotionally) abusive relationship while maintaining your mental well-being.
